Schedule: We normally ship orders in 1-2 business days,
from Monday to Friday, except instruments, which require set-up
and one to two weeks to ship. Shipping fees are listed below,
but may be subject to change due to destination or other circumstances.
The bass making book and plans have appropriate shipping rates
on their page.
We reuse/recycle packing material when possible.
We do not ship to Mexico, Columbia, Nigeria, Indonesia, Malaysia
or Micronesia.

| Shipping Rates If there are any corrections
needed, we will contact and wait for a confirmation. As a registered
Canadian business we WILL NOT mark sold goods as gifts, or falsify
invoice values. That is considered fraud and is illegal in Canada. |
| UPS Tracking at www.ups.com
- tracking number will be sent by email once the package has been
shipped. |
| Air Mail Tracking (small packet) is not
available, and normally delivery time is usually 2-8 weeks. Western
Eurpoe transit time is usually 1-2 weeks, and South America and
South Africa may take 4-6 weeks. Express Mail includes a
tracking number. |
| Insurance UPS and Express Post packages
will be insured at full value. Air mail/small packet packages will
be insured to a maximum of $100.00. We can not be responsible for
insurance beyond this amount for valuable air mail/small packet
orders. |

Taxes Orders outside Canada are not subject to Canadian
taxes.Many countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs,
taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. Every
country is different. We are not responsible for your country's
imposed taxes and other charges.
