CF is quite common, but so is fiberglas. My understanding is that the cheaper student versions are usually/often fiberglas but better bows are CF.

Thanks guys... I think that humidity is the major factor here. It likely was done in the summer in humid conditions and now being so dry.
Gives rise to another thought... I'll fit the next set of peg ... |
