Ive always wanted to play violin so I think its time to start doing some research on the web.
Ive been playing guitar and some other instruments for about 9 years now, so music theory might not be the biggest issue right now.
Ive never owned a violin before, ive played it a few times in my life making awful sounds out of it haha.
I want you guys to help me out telling me which would be the best violin for my conditions and budget.
Im looking to spend around $300-400 US on my first violin, experience has taught me that its not worth buying cheap gear and also buying without doing some research first, so, is it really worth getting a violin in this price range?
If so, brands? models? stores?
Thanks! |

How are you going to learn the violin?
You already play guitar and other instruments so you are familiar with music theory.
I learned to play violin from videos because I couldn't afford music lessons. The videos are very good. |
