How important is it considered to be to have edge overhang modified so that there is no "rocker" when an instrument is set on its side?

Even if you make it perfect (the overhangs), after being strung for some months or years, and after some dry/humid cycles it will twist and start rocking. Violins are dynamic objects.

I really don't care about that with the instruments I make.
