The Intelli tuner where the clip swivels at the body is getting
loose anyone know if it can be tightened up ?

It still works Ok I Know Buy a new one !! but it`s hard times in
the Maritimes you know & we have to make our own sipping whisky

I don't have one of those, but I know that some that are somewhat similar have replaceable clamp assemblies. If yours can be removed, there should be a way to tighten the swivel, maybe even by adding a paper shim.

If this suggestion is not relevant, please ignore.

Hi ken... those are likely Korean made... no guarantee of quality. Like LP, I don't have one, but looking at pics of the unit you could wrap & tie some waxed dental floss or elastic band in the crack of the swivel.... with a song and dance it might work.

As I recall, the Intelli's I have seen seemed rather sluggish in response. Around here they have fallen out of favor and been replaced mainly by Snarks and the violin version of the Planet Waves (D'Addario NS Micro). The Planet Waves can be found on Amazon for about $15 US. It clamps directly on the body and is my current favorite by far.
