Over my winter break, I've been working on the possibility of a multi-platform smartphone application that will alert you to new posts in threads you have posted in and pull the posted text for display, without requiring a login or any personal information other than your username. If I can get it out of my noodle and onto my computer, I'll make the application available to everyone here (free of charge, of course). So, should you see that in the next couple of weeks, consider it a Christmas gift to the whole board.

thank you for the warm Holiday Greetings, and I wish mine upon you and your family, though belatedly.

I have been absent for a little while due to the arrival of Amalia who is #3 down the line, I hope to be online more often and also get back to my hours in the workshop and not just hiding there when it is customer work.
