hi to all,i'm 59 and started to learn to play violin 25 or so years ago.
about 12 years ago i took a sweitzer violin that had been found in my grandfathers belongings to a local luthier and was told it wasn't worth fixing.as stubborn as i am i decided to try it myself.since then i've aquired 50 or so rundown old violins and tried my hand at them with varying succuss.
my main intrest other than violin is electric vehicles, for the last 2 years i've been driving an electric truck i converted (patience learned in violin repair was extremely valuable).
here are 2 youtube links to videos of my truck.
