|
|
Hi,
I have received a message that at least for two users (three including myself) the automatic login does not work.
I thought my problem was cookies related (I have them limited on my computer), however, if others are experiencing this it is not the cuase of my trouble.
The "automatic login" option is enabled on this board, so it should be working. Let us know if it works for you, or not, so that we can look for answers if this is a universal problem. Thanks. |

Leif, I'm using Firefox as the browser, and I suggest that people who vote NO also post to say which browser they use.
Thanks in advance!
Best regards,
François |

I am also using Firefox. I suspected the browser may be also responsible for my own issues with the automatic login. _________________ Leif Luscombe

I'm using Internet Explorer and it doesn't work for me either...It works for all the other boards I frequent so I don't think it's a problem with the browser...Regards, Lonnie... |

I have a Power Mac G5 Computer, and I use SAFARI.
I have not been able to auto log in either. Auto Log in
is very handy for us old timers that have trouble re-
membering our passwords.
Thanks |

One of the beauties of Firefox is that you can enable password remembering.
When I come here, my username and passwords are already typed in, and I just need to click on the login button! |

Francois,
That is the same method I use. My computer consultant is away for the week, I hope to fix the problem next week.
I wish to thank everyone for their patience in the mean time. _________________ Leif Luscombe
