Anybody familiar with this stamp? M. Prell.

The stick is good with a nice sweeping camber that rises evenly. The frog is seated very well. Nickel silver fittings.

I can only find one reference online.

Nick,

Did you ever learn anything? There are so many stamps on German bows, and a lot of them seem to provide no hint about their true origin or maker. I do wish my Tourte was really by Tourte!

In fact I was told by a reputable shop that a real Tourte had no stamp at all... not sure if that is true..
Many stamps, like on violins, are made up names for a particular supplier or model. Don't know anything about a Prell.
If it has nickel silver fittings... it is likely (but not necessarily) a factory model of no great consequence.
If you want to pursue... check in with a reputable bow expert. depending on your location, someone here might point you in the right direction.
Cheers... Mat

No. Still just one or two internet references of low repute.

The bow is OK. I'll probably sell it after having a friend try it out.
