Dear Mr. Darnton,

I have been repairing violins for a long time, so I'm interested in how you take the tune on average when processing newly installed violin bass bar and which tune do you set as standard?

Just say no. Bob Bein liked to call it the attractive fallacy that the parts of a musical instrument should be musical. A violin is not a xylophone.
