Had my first lesson and my teacher said I did quite well. I played several lines of open strings and then did some string crossovers and continued to play okay. I felt pretty good. Will practice every day and can't wait till next week's lesson. Felt very good about myself!

Yay, Violinguy! It sounds like a good lesson! Keep that attitude, and you will do great. Come back after your next lesson - or before? Thanks for the report, and continued good luck! Shirley |

Congrats on your first lesson! Keep up that excitement and make sure to keep it fun. Music should be fun. Music can soothe the savage beast, or inspire it war, it can bring tears of sadness or silence of awe.
Music, like gravity, keeps everything in place. |
