Hello from Maine,
When buying an eBay violin you might need a case and bow.
Cases on eBay are usually $49 each
Well, I needed a few cases and sourced them from here:
http://tinyurl.com/yv3yg7
That is a "contact seller form". Tell the seller you heard about the $20 cases.
You'll need to specify the size because she sells all sizes (4/4, 3/4, 1/2, ect)
The cases ship from California and take about 7 business days to reach East coast. Less if closer to California.
I also needed bows, so I got Brazil wood bows, (4) for $40 shipped. Here:

I think they are good bows... But I am new to violins. They seem good and I think I keep hearing about "Brazil wood" bows on the various forums.
Both sellers accept PayPal.
I am not affiliated with either seller, I just know that eBay violins often come "sans case and bow".
Cheers,
Craig |
