Here's what I found this weekend at a sale and it followed me home. I'm not sure what caused the neck to lift. Any tips on getting it back right appreciated.

take it to your local luthier... you pose a simple question but the answer is way long... but start with a luthier and see what they say first...Good luck, Mat.
