I have been wondering recently about the resonance system, ( for those who don't know it by name, the system with the two magnets that supposedly eliminates the wolf notes, and improves the tone) and I'm not sure if it's worth buying. Does anyone have any experience with this product? Thanks.

'Geomag' and 'magnetix' are 2 toy products with strong magnets....cut the magnets out and try these....on violin they seem to work...satisfy some curiousity and are cheap......

Having just checked the Rezx site prices....get some geomag!...(2 discs in each piece)...discs are 3mm thick / 6mm diameter and highly polished with no sharp edges.....they can be stacked if you think more weight is required.
To fit, I put one on a bit of sprung stainless (weak magnetic properties) from a wiper blade. Fed it through the lower f-hole...then popped the other disc on the table to mate with the disc under the top.....the sprung stainless steel then simply pulled out and you can slide the magnets where you want.
Maybe someone's kids will sell you a couple of pieces for a token coin Wink

Thank you for the suggestion! That never occured to me. It would seem, by principle, that they would both work the same way.
