hello
I have awood chin rest of the same colour of pegs and tail. But it is not drilled:
1- The holes have to be made by a luthier?
2- The metal pieces(I dont know the name in Engish)which attach the wood piece to the violin, are sold sepparately so I could buy them?
Thanks |

Chinrests can be supplied with or without the holes, and the brackets are sold separetely.
If the violin is good, I would take it to a luthier to install it on your instrument. In the case you try to install it by yourself, don't overtight the boults otherwise you can seriously damage the instrument, since they will work as a vise. _________________ www.manfio.com
