Two weeks ago my mother asked me to write a piece for her, and here it is! It's a work for violin and piano and I would like to share it here. Hope you like it!

Wow André, this is really nice!

Did you write both the violin and piano parts? This is pretty incredible for only two weeks of composition!

I take it that you wrote this in a computer music program (or at least transcribed it into one) and this is the generated result? Is this correct?

If so, may I ask what software program you used to write this?

I've written some stuff using a music program called "Melody Assistant" which does a fairly good job too. At least the program does. Unfortunately I can't say the same for my composition skills. Crying or Very sad

You did a wonderful job with this! I'm super impressed. Bravo!

Standing ovation here! Mr. Green

Hi, thanks!
Yes, I wrote this in about 2 weeks and I wrote the piano and violin part myself. I use Sibelius 5 for all my writing, a very good notation program.

This sounds like nostalgic film music as they stroll along the beach. It has the effect of making you breathe deeply. That must be good.Nice music.
