What is your favorite piece to play and why? I love playing the Concerto in C Major by Kabalevsky. It's hard, but I just love the way it sounds.
Least favorite right now would probably have to be Concerto 23 by Viotti.

When someone asks me to play something the first that comes to mind and still one of my all-time favorites is Jay Ungar's Ashokan Farewell.

Once I have a violin, it will be Amazing Grace. It is my all-time favorite song and the first real song I learn on any new instrument I am learning.

Anything that J.S. Bach wrote, I love to play. There is something about his work that demands great intonation and at the same time helps you focus on it and improve it. It also includes great rhythms.
