| MAIL Small Packets, under 1 pound and less than
$100.00 value (such as strings, rosin, mutes, and other small
items). This rate is for standard mail delivery, which normally
is delivered within 1-2 weeks, but may occasionally require up to
4 weeks for delivery. We prefer to use UPS as it is faster, traceable,
and insured. |

| Service Transit Time and Conditions |
|
UPS standard 3-5 (or XpressPost 5-7) business day delivery
is our preferred shipping method. For UPS Expedited 2nd day add
$12.00 to standard shipping rates for most orders, and for Express
next day add $18.00 to standard shipping rates for most orders
upon request. Certain items may be shipped by Express mail (XpressPost)
rather than UPS.
UPS Tracking at www.ups.com
- tracking number will be sent by Email once the package has been
shipped. If there are any corrections needed, we will contact
and wait for a confirmation.
Expedited Mail is insured and trackable, though not as
fast as UPS or XpressPost.
Large or heavy packages will be quoted at time of order.
We use/recycle packing material when possible.
AK and HI add $12.00 to small and medium package shipping
rates. Small packet mail at posted rate.

Taxes Orders outside Canada are not subject to Canadian
taxes. We can no be responsible for local, municipal, or federal
taxes applied to shipments outside Canada, however, we have not
yet been made aware of any taxes levied on our shipments to the
USA.
Customs Fees Any USA Customs brokerage and duty is covered
by us.
